I’ll be taking more pictures for possible entries for the Photogenic contest later today.
I have a list of different ideas to keep us going so today will be guaranteed to be less awkward.
So, I have my guinea pig, my almost-vintage bike that I mike tie a balloon to, posing in the back corner of my yard with the corkscrew willow trees, blowing bubbles, I’ll ATTEMPT to find a reason to laugh without it being that weird nervous/awkward laugh and have him try to capture that, posing with my flute, and posing with a chair/stool. This will all be done outside in the sunlight around 6:30 or 7, which is nowhere near when it starts getting dark around here, so that’ll be cool.
I also was inspired this morning when I woke up to do another idea: Posing in my prom/formal wear dress. I want to do just a few poses in it, like when girls sit down in their ballgowns and it’s all poofed around then like this:
It’ll be a fun day, and I usually smile a lot better and have an easier time the more pretty’d up I am. I’ll have my hair curled and my makeup might be a little more than yesterday without being too much, and having the mirrors to look at when I’m doing my poses will make it all the easier too.
I have this plan with my body length mirrors where I’ll have the mirror right next to Ben and his camera, and then when I’m ready, I know what he’s seeing and I can tell him how much closer to get and whatnot. I’m such a genius!! lol
My dad just offered me a job at the place he manages,
I would be working from 5:30 - 4:30 for 4 days for 2 weeks and get paid $600, which I would use completely for covering pageant things.
What do I have to do?
It’s so easy. There are two different things I could be doing.
One, I could set this long screw thing on a holder, set a plastic thingy at the bottom of the holder, push a button that screws it up all the way to the top, and put the finished product in a bin. I just have to pay attention to every 45 so that I take the bin literally 2 feet from where I’m standing and place it on a counter.
The other thing is taking these small metal thingies and just making sure there’s no imperfections around the screw hole. If there are, I stick it on a little spining thing and clean it off and drop it in a bucket. Yay!
I’ll definitely be listening to my mp3 player the whole time. Ohmygosh…
