I Regret Nothing.

The other day we were listening to the radio in the car when my friend changed the station while “Telephone” by Lady Gaga was playing and muttered “I don’t want to listen to you rapping Mariah Carey.”

I quickly turned my head and was like, “Mariah Carey? That was Beyonce!”

Then she just shrugged and said “same person.”

Same person??? Those two singers are pretty different, dude.

For all the angry Lady Gaga fans,

You do realize that Lady Gaga majorly copies other artists, right?

You know, since after my post this morning there have been many of you that have been acting like she’s so original and magical.

“You know you’ve succeeded when a person blocks you. :) They can’t handle the TRUTH.”

So this annoying guy was harassing my inbox because he was all pissed off because I don’t like Lady Gaga. I just kept answering with short replies so he’d go away, and then he’d come back with, “oh, so you DO agree that Gaga is Katy’s inspiration! That’s all I needed to know, hun.”

No? I didn’t agree to anything he said, I was just trying to get him to leave me alone because I didn’t care for his cockiness.

I proceeded to block him to he couldn’t send me obnoxious messages anymore, and he posted the title.

…Succeeded at what, exactly? The only thing he succeeded in was annoying someone to the point of being blocked.

Also, handle the truth of what? No, I don’t believe that Lady Gaga was the inspiration for Katy Perry’s style at all. They’re two completely different people with two different styles, not related.

I think people missed the point of my post earlier. I hate when people say that Katy Perry is just a rip-off of Lady Gaga. She doesn’t copy her, they do two separate things. The only responses I got were from pissy Gaga fans that were stating the very thing that I said that I hated.

Wut.

I hate when people are like, “Katy Perry’s just a rip-off of Lady Gaga!!”

There are so many things wrong with that statement.

Their messages in their music are completely different. Katy Perry sings relate-able fun songs, and Lady Gaga seems to attempt to be as trashy and “life is just a big party” as possible.

But more importantly, people usually say the statement above because of the way they dress.

No.

Katy Perry does not copy Lady Gaga. Lady Gaga is not the only one that’s allowed to wear things that others normally wouldn’t. Their styles are also very different in that sense, too. Lady Gaga wears awkward things, and Katy Perry wears outfits that are fun and colorful.

As usual, I don’t remember where I was going with this post.

You know what’s great about Britney Spears fans vs Lady Gaga fans?

If a Britney Spears fan sees or hears about someone not liking her stuff, the majority just brushes the dust off of their shoulder and thinks, “hey, they don’t like her stuff, and that’s okay, not everybody has to.”

But, any time I’ve ever made a post mentioning how bad I think Lady Gaga is (because personally I loved her first two albums but after that…I don’t know, she lost her sense of being…”good” in my opinion), little monsters are always up for a fight or something.

Dude, calm down. No need to get hot headed and try to virtually beat people up, it’s okay not to like your “god.”

I’ve been listening to songs that are possibly going to be on Ke$ha’s newest album.

Oh crap…

She might have made the horrible mistake I hoped she wouldn’t.

Remember way back when I made the post about how I hoped Kesha’s wouldn’t pull a Lady Gaga and have two great albums at first and then have a huge flump album as her third?

These new songs…kind of boring and loose…just like Lady Gaga’s third album…

Hopefully when they actual album comes out, it’ll be much better than expected. :P

So Happy I Could Die - Lady Gaga

I’m going to admit something.

You all know I don’t like Lady Gaga (after her first two albums, i like her first two albums but the third is just trash) or Adele, but I also don’t fancy someone else…

One Direction.

I don’t know, they just don’t meet my standards of good. Actually, I don’t like Big Time Rush either. The boy bands now-a-days just aren’t that good in my opinion. Now Backstreet Boys, they’re the shit.

Lolol I love how so many people don’t like her most meaningful songs… Ok..

This is from my old post about hoping Ke$ha’s new album won’t be a flop like Lady Gaga’s newest was. My personal opinion, every single one of the songs on Lady Gaga’s new album were boring and about the same exact thing. I loved her first to albums…but the third one was honestly disappointing, and I don’t care how many awards she won…the songs that have made it to the radio have all been tremendously over-played. I realize that not every single one of Ke$ha’s songs are not about the same thing or similar…but over-all, her songs are all telling a different story, or different part of the story.

I get it, Gaga. You’re going to live life to the fullest and you’re on the edge of glory and blah blah blah…there’s only so much “inspiring” music to be sung before it all just becomes old and practically meaningless.
